Before we begin let’s briefly review the notion of network marketing. Wikipedia defines a network marketing company as one in “which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit”.

Compensation Plan
BonVoyage Elite has one of the most dynamic compensation plans in the network marketing industry. BonVoyage Elite does not require IBOs to take shipments or make payments for inventory they have not sold. Instead of receiving a very small margin on products sold, BonVoyage Elite pays its IBOs $500 every time they recruit 3 people. Any time one of those people recruits their own Team of 3 then that person follows their sponsor, (you), and counts for an additional sale. Hence you are paid for the performance of someone you recruited. This is the power of leverage.

Additionally every time a membership sale is made the IBO is paid immediately to their backoffice, this is known as instant income. There are other slick features embedded in the compensation model. For example, once an IBO begins earning income they can offer to subsidize new members and new IBOs through a mechanism known as Pay It Forward. Pay It Forward enables an IBO to apply his own commission to the membership fees or IBO fees of new enrollees. This can help bring new salespeople into the BonVoyage family immediately and jumpstart the sales process and the income IBOs receive from their sales force.
