Compensation Plan

BonVoyage Elite pays Independent Business Owners (IBOs) for the sale of Memberships to the Vacation Club. Participation in the Vacation Club enables IBOs to give an accurate portrayal of the product, and, add the value of personal experience to the sales cycle. Additionally you are compensated when you move memberships throughout your organization by customer sales and IBO purchases. Total compensation consists of income plus any applicable bonuses.

There are 3 ways to earn income with the wave program:

1. Direct Sales Commission

2. Leadership Bonus

3. Performance Bonus

The Wave, (3 spots on the Wave)

The Wave is a set of 3 spots to calculate commissions and bonuses. Every time you refer a new customer, you earn $100 in Commission, and 1 spot in your current Wave is filled. Also, every time any IBO you have directly sponsored completes a Wave, you earn $100 as a Leadership Bonus, and a spot in your current Wave is filled. When you complete a Wave within 90 days, you earn an additional $200 as a Performance Bonus, and then you will be given a new Wave. The total earning per Wave is $500 dollars.

* If a customer purchases a Bonvoyage Elite Membership, the direct commission is paid to the enroller. No commissions are paid for recruiting new Independent Business Owner (IBO). A membership purchase is not required to become an Independent Business Owner. Bonvoyage Elite makes NO GUARANTEES of income. Results depend solely on the efforts of each individual.
